My Cadetship Journey

My four-year Cadetship in the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) was a challenging yet rewarding journey marked by rigorous training, transformative experiences, and a deep commitment to public service.

During my fourth class days, I underwent an intensive physical and academic training program to prepare me for the challenges ahead. I pushed to my limit as I learned the essential skill of leadership, communication, and critical thinking. This year was foundational, setting the stage for the years to come.

During the third and second class days, I deepened my knowledge of law enforcement and underwent specialized training in firearms, investigation, and law enforcement techniques. I also developed my leadership skills, taking on increasingly important roles in managing my underclass. As a result, I emerged from these years with newfound confidence and competence, ready to tackle the challenges ahead.

My first class days were the culmination of my Cadetship as I put theory into practice, honed my skills, and gained a deeper appreciation for the responsibilities and rewards of public service.

Throughout my Cadetship, I developed a sense of pride in my country, my fellow Cadets, and my chosen profession. I emerged from my four-year journey as a confident, capable, and committed law enforcement officer, ready to serve the people of the Philippines with distinction and honor. My Cadetship was a transformative experience that will shape my life and career for years to come.
